• Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging should be intact

Need a different size or style? No worries!

• You can request an exchange for size or product
• Exchanges are subject to availability of stock
• If the item is unavailable, we’ll offer you a store credit or refund

💸 Returns & Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method / store credit
• Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect

🚚 Reverse Pickup

• We offer reverse pickup services in most locations
• In case pickup is not available, you may need to ship the product to us
• Our team will guide you through the process step-by-step

• Items bought on sale or discount may not be eligible for return (only exchange)
• Innerwear, accessories, or customized products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours
